Morocco feature at the Danone Nations Cup
The Moroccan team joined the Danone Nations Cup in 2001. In 2015, Morocco hosted the World Final and won for the first time ! The Moroccan team then ranked 3rd in the Danone Nations Cup of 2017. Each year, many Moroccan school children take part in the Danone Nations Cup.

The first Moroccan football teams date back to the time when Morocco was a French department. The Moroccan team was already winning many matches. After gaining independence, the Moroccan team nicknamed “Atlas Lions” was victorious many times and is one of the best African teams. The Moroccans are enthusiastic fans who are always ready to make their voice heard. Wearing the colours of their favourite teams, the Moroccan supporters are warm and passionate.
