Bochabela school tastes victory at last | Free State Times
Here is a little article in the Free State Times on Bochabela Primary School.
Another interesting fact, Barkerville coach, Mpilo Caga has a coaching certificate in cricket but not football. He is saving up to go on a SAFA level 1 coaching course. What he has also done is start a local League in his village and the surrounding area. His biggest lesson learnt from his trip to Spain is was how important it is to pay attention to all aspects of the game like the mechanical movements, body positioning, body balance, how to identify players strengths and weaknesses and also the importance of warming up.

Marvelous, our kids reporter, joined the Barkerville boys in Spain and is a friend on facebook, friend, how are you doing? Let us know the most important lesson you learnt from your trip to Spain?
We might be having a rest weekend from action on the field, but the Danone team has decided to go and find out how the Barkerville youngsters are doing a year after going to Spain. There are 4 youngsters still at the school: Thando, Zendiphumle, Sixolise and Siphosakhe. Coach, Mpilo Caga says the boys are heroes and kids from the village come specially to watch them play. They position themselves better, have more accurate ball passing and have learnt to trust and work together as a team. Barkerville will again be playing in the Eastern Cape Provincial Final on 2 June.
We will see a combined team from Belgium at the Danone Nations Cup World Finals.
